Pricing & Packages

We publish real numbers here because "contact us for a quote" is a frustrating answer when you're trying to figure out if an agency is even in your budget range. Below are the actual ranges we work within for web development pricing packages, SEO retainers, and PPC management, plus what pushes a project toward the low or high end of each.

How We Price Projects

Three things drive web development cost in nearly every project: scope (how many pages, features, and user flows), integrations (payment gateways, CRMs, booking systems, third-party APIs), and timeline (a compressed launch date costs more than a flexible one).

We quote most website and app work as fixed-price projects tied to a defined scope, because that gives you cost certainty before work starts.

Larger or more open-ended builds, like custom software or ongoing product development, are sometimes billed hourly or in milestone phases, which we'll explain clearly before you commit to anything.

Website & App Development Packages

Websites

$800–$8,000

The low end covers a marketing site of five to ten pages on a standard template with light customization. The high end covers a fully custom design, animations, multilingual content, and more complex CMS structures.

E-commerce

$2,000–$25,000

Pricing scales with catalog size, payment and shipping integrations, custom checkout flows, and inventory or ERP connections. A straightforward store with a standard payment gateway sits near the bottom; a multi-currency store with custom logistics integrations sits near the top.

Custom Software & MVP Development

$8,000–$80,000

This covers web apps, mobile apps, and custom platforms built from scratch. The range is wide because an MVP with a handful of core screens and a simple backend is a very different project from a multi-role platform with real-time features, complex permissions, and third-party integrations.

SEO & AI Search Optimization Retainers

SEO Retainers

$500–$5,000 per month

Lower-tier retainers suit smaller sites with a narrower keyword footprint and less competitive markets. Higher-tier retainers cover larger content programs, technical SEO work across bigger sites, and increasingly, optimization for AI-driven search surfaces alongside traditional Google rankings.

PPC Management

$500–$3,000 per month

Plus your ad spend, which we don't take a cut of and which you control directly through your own ad accounts. Management fees scale with the number of campaigns, platforms, and the complexity of conversion tracking involved, not with how much you spend on ads.

Combined Build + Growth Bundles

If you're building a new site or app and also need SEO, GEO, or PPC from day one, we scope both together rather than pricing them as two separate contracts. Combined bundles typically price at a modest discount versus buying development and a marketing retainer separately.

More importantly, they get planned as one project instead of two, which avoids the coordination problems we cover in detail on our why one agency for web development and SEO page. If you already know you want both, tell us that upfront and we'll quote it as a single engagement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work fixed-price or hourly?
Most website, e-commerce, and app projects are fixed-price against an agreed scope document. Ongoing retainers (SEO, PPC, content) are billed monthly. Larger custom software builds sometimes use milestone-based billing when the scope is expected to evolve.
How are payments structured?
Typical projects run on a milestone schedule: a deposit to start, a payment at a mid-project checkpoint (design approval or a working build), and a final payment on delivery. Retainers bill monthly in advance.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
We document the original scope before starting, so a change (a new feature, an added integration, an extra set of pages) gets priced as a scope addition rather than absorbed silently or used to justify blowing past the original budget. You approve any additional cost before we build it.
Is this a one-time cost or does the site need ongoing spend?
Development is typically a one-time project cost. Hosting, domain renewal, and any ongoing maintenance or updates are separate and usually modest. SEO and PPC are ongoing by nature: rankings and ad performance require continuous work, not a single setup.
Why is the range so wide within each category?
Because "a website" or "an app" can mean a five-page brochure site or a multi-role platform with custom logic. The ranges reflect that real spread rather than forcing every project into one flat number that's wrong for most people.
