Most India-based agencies fold design into development as a line item nobody prices separately: a few days of Figma work on the way to a build. We don't do it that way.
Eqvanto runs UI/UX design as its own specialty with its own process, because a website or product that's technically well-built but confusing to use still fails, and that failure is a design problem, not a code problem.
As a ui/ux design agency, we work with two kinds of clients: teams building or redesigning a website who want the user experience handled properly rather than as an afterthought, and product teams building an app or software platform who need interface design that a development team can actually build from.
What's Included
A UI/UX design engagement covers:
- User and competitor research: understanding who's using the product or site, and what similar tools do well or badly
- Information architecture and user flow mapping, so navigation and screen sequence are decided before visual design starts
- Wireframes at low fidelity, so structure gets validated before anyone debates color palettes
- High-fidelity UI design for every core screen or page, including responsive states for mobile and desktop
- Interactive prototypes for usability testing or stakeholder walkthroughs before development begins
- A design system (components, spacing, typography, and color rules) built for reuse rather than one-off screens
- Developer handoff with specs, assets, and annotations, not just a Figma link and a "good luck"

Research
We start by understanding the audience, the competitive landscape, and any existing brand or product constraints, not by opening a design tool.

Wireframes
Low-fidelity structure for key flows and pages, focused on how information is organized and how a user moves through it.

Prototype
Clickable prototypes that let stakeholders and, where useful, real users react to the flow before a single pixel of final visual design is locked in.

Design System
Once the direction is validated, we build the reusable component library (buttons, forms, cards, typography and color rules) that keeps the product consistent as it grows past the first few screens.

Handoff to Dev
Specs, exported assets, and interaction notes delivered in a form our own web development team or your in-house developers can build from without guessing.
Design Systems
A design system isn't a deliverable we tack on at the end. It's what keeps a product from looking like five different people designed five different screens, which is what tends to happen once a product grows past its first handful of pages.
We build component libraries in Figma covering typography scales, color tokens, spacing rules, button and form states, and reusable patterns for things like navigation and modals.
For product teams, this also means documenting states that are easy to forget in a mockup, such as empty states, loading states, and error states, so development isn't left guessing what a screen looks like when something goes wrong or nothing's loaded yet.
Pricing
We don't sell a separate price list for UI/UX design, because in practice it's almost always scoped inside the project it supports. If you're building a website, design is part of the $800–$8,000 web development range, with more custom, research-heavy design work landing toward the top of that band.
If you're building a product or app, design is part of the $8,000–$80,000 custom software and MVP range, scaled to how many screens and flows the product actually needs.
For teams that want design work done independently of a build (a design sprint to validate a concept, or a design system built ahead of development), we scope and price that as a standalone engagement based on the number of screens and depth of research involved, rather than quoting a number that wouldn't hold up across genuinely different projects.
