SEO and GEO take months to build. That's the honest tradeoff of any strategy built on organic authority. PPC is what fills that gap. It puts your business in front of buyers actively searching today, while the longer-term organic work compounds in the background.
Most startups we talk to need both running at once: paid traffic for pipeline this quarter, organic and AI search visibility for the growth curve after that.
What's Included
A PPC management agency should be doing more than pausing underperforming keywords once a week.
Our management covers account structure and setup, keyword research and negative keyword lists (as much about excluding the wrong searches as targeting the right ones), ad copy writing and testing, bid strategy, conversion tracking implementation so you can actually see what a click turned into, and landing page recommendations, since a well-targeted ad sending traffic to a slow or generic page wastes the budget you just spent getting the click.
We also handle the ongoing account management most agencies undersell in their pitch: weekly performance checks, budget reallocation toward what's converting, ongoing A/B testing of ad copy and creative, and monthly strategy reviews where we walk through what changed and why, not just a dashboard screenshot.
As a PPC agency for small business budgets specifically, we also scope campaigns realistically for accounts running a few thousand dollars a month rather than applying enterprise-scale assumptions to a budget that can't support them.
Platforms We Manage
Google Ads is our primary platform and where most of our google ads management for startups work happens, starting with search campaigns since intent-based search traffic tends to convert better and faster than display or discovery placements for a company still establishing its market.
We also run Performance Max and display campaigns where they genuinely fit the goal, rather than defaulting to them because they're easier to set up.
Meta and LinkedIn Ads are also available as add-ons for clients whose customers are reachable there: LinkedIn in particular for B2B companies selling to a defined buyer persona, and Meta for consumer-facing businesses with visual products.
These sit alongside a Google Ads foundation rather than replacing it; for most B2B and SaaS clients, search intent on Google still produces the strongest return per dollar.

Our Campaign Process
We start with a working session on your unit economics before we open an ads account, covering what a customer is actually worth to you, what you can afford to pay to acquire one, and what a realistic timeline to profitability on paid spend looks like.
From there we build campaign structure around that math, set up conversion tracking correctly from day one (a mistake here quietly wastes weeks of budget on decisions made from bad data), and launch with a defined testing plan rather than guessing at what will work.
The first 30 days are typically about gathering signal: enough spend and conversions to know which keywords, audiences, and ad variations are actually performing.
After that, we shift into optimization: reallocating budget toward winners, killing what isn't working, and expanding into adjacent keywords or audiences once the core campaign is stable.
Landing pages get built or refined as part of this process too, tying directly into our content marketing work so the page a visitor lands on matches the intent of the ad that brought them there.
Pricing
Our PPC management fee runs $500 to $3,000 per month, depending on account complexity, number of campaigns, and how much ongoing testing and reporting is involved. This fee is separate from your ad spend.
Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta, or LinkedIn, not to us, and is never included in our management fee.
A client spending $2,000/month on ads and paying us $800/month for management is a normal, realistic setup; we'll walk through what a reasonable ad budget looks like for your goals before you commit to either number.
As your organic and AI search visibility build up through SEO and GEO work, the paid budget needed to hit the same lead volume typically drops, since PPC does the heavy lifting early and organic takes over more of that weight over time. That's the intended arc, not something we leave to chance.
Related Case Studies
Eqvanto is a new agency, and we're not going to manufacture PPC results we haven't actually delivered yet. As client campaigns run their course and results are confirmed, we'll add them to our case studies page. Until then, that page is the honest place to check our progress rather than a claim buried in this page's copy.
